Top 10 Forgotten & AWESOME MTV Shows!

October 25, 2015

Remember the old days of MTV here are a list of the most fun shows.

Growing up I used to watch MTV so much, it was the it thing! I used to watch so many shows like MADE and NEXT. Here are a few for you 1990s teens lets see if you remember them!

1.  Room Radiers 2003–2009

On the show, three men or women have their rooms inspected, or "raided" by another single man or woman. The raider does not meet or see any of the three singles (any personal photographs of the contestant are removed from the room or covered with a smiley face sticker) and chooses to go on a date with one of them based on the contents of their rooms. The three contestants watch and comment, while sitting in a van, as their rooms are inspected. After the raider has finished with each of the rooms, the three contestants then raid the raider's room. Finally, the raider confronts the three contestants and makes his or her choice. (WIKI)

2. Pimp My Ride (2004- 2007)

Pimp My Ride is a TV show produced by MTV and hosted by rapper Xzibit. Each episode consists of taking one car in poor condition and restoring it, as well as customizing it. The original American version was hosted by rapper Xzibit (one episode featured guest hosts Chamillionaire and Don Omar). MTV2 has begun airing episodes from Pimp My Ride UK hosted by DJ Tim Westwood, which features cars being customised in the UK, and Pimp My Ride International, featuring cars in central Europe, hosted by hip hop artists Fat Joe and Lil' Jon, as well as the related CMT series Trick My Truck. 3. A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila (2007-2008)

A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila is an American reality television dating game show similar to the TV show The Bachelor.[1] It premiered on October 9, 2007 on MTV starring Tila Tequila.[2] The series is a bisexual-themed reality dating show where 16 hetero males and 16 lesbian-identified female contestants live in Tequila's house and compete for her attention and affection. The contestants were not aware of Tequila's bisexuality until the end of the first episode, after ten contestants had been eliminated. The remaining contestants, both male and female, then shared the same home for the remainder of the series.[3] The ten episode series is produced by 495 Productions and MTV.[4] A Shot at Love II premiered on April 22, 2008. 4.Paris Hilton's My New BFF (2008)

Paris Hilton's My New BFF, also known simply as My New BFF and other alternate titles, is a competitive reality television show in which Paris Hilton searches for her new BFF ("best friends forever"). Following the success of the original American version, its second season and two international spin-offs followed. All versions were produced by Ish Entertainment (a subsidiary of Lionsgate Television) and in association with the original network on which they aired.

5, Made (2002 – Present)

MTV's MADE is a self-improvement reality television series broadcast on MTV. The series follows teens who have a goal and want to be "made" into things like singers, athletes, dancers, skateboarders, etc. The teens are joined by a "Made Coach", an expert in their chosen field, who tries to help them attain their goals over the course of several weeks. Made documents the process the teens undergo as they try to achieve their goal.(WIKI)

6.DisMissed (2001)

Dismissed is a reality television show on MTV that premiered in 2001. One person simultaneously takes two others on a date. Each of the daters chooses a place to go (total of 2 places), and the person running the date dismisses the person he/she likes the least. Each of the competing daters also has a time-out card. When used, the card allowed the competitor twenty minutes alone with his/her date. (WIKI)

7.Taildaters (2002-2003)

TAILDATERS is the first show that follows you on a dream date while "Backseat Daters" (your friends and family who really know you best) spy on your every move and add instant onscreen commentary from the TAILDATERS stakeout bus, a television studio on wheels. TAILDATERS takes the dating show to the next level as friends and family pop onscreen to tell you what their dater is really thinking or what secrets they may be hiding… not written, graphic ‘pop-ups' made up by producers. They picked 17 girls from around the United States who were not only photogenic but also had been at the top of their class, to provide a role model for young women. The girls were flown to New York, where they would take part in a contest similar in format to The Apprentice — they would be given tasks to be done by Atoosa, and in each episode one of the girls would be eliminated from the competition. The winner would get her face on the cover of Seventeen magazine, a college scholarship and would be offered an internship job on the magazine. (WIKI)
