Such a fantastic afternoon yesterday at Halo Coffee Co, having opened up in November 2014 just at Elder Street, Edinburgh.
hidden away on the bottom floor of an entire historic building, to enter the life and light of the twenty-first century and enjoy creamy clean espressos and herbal teas.
A few of us bloggers were invited by ZOMATO to a lovely sneak taste of Halo Cafe. The perfect cup of coffee, not to mention the fantastic view and inviting scene, and the feeling it gives, made me feel like I was in a small, little Central Perk cafe waiting for the Friends cast to arrive.
I couldn’t help but try a little bit of everything after meeting the owner, Michael, and hearing his fantastic story.
As well as the tasty outlook and what goes into his master coffees, from americanos to cherry rose lemon tea and mother-made Morish treats!
By far the best flavours to try are Cherry Rose Lemon and Apple Cinnamon. You can even purchase packages and take them home with you.
With a lovely group of Edinburgh bloggers and the team at Zomato, we all indulged and learned about what makes a perfect cup of coffee.
A delightful treat and somewhere I will most certainly return! Excellent ambience, cozy, and FREE WIFI!
We all know how much that is a plus too, along with having meals from breakfast to juicy sandwiches; it’s the next stop on my list for lunch! Next time you are in town, this is the coffee place to check out!
